The Turbosol brine conditioner from Mühlberger Engineering independently supplies itself with salt from the silo and automatically prepares brine at the desired concentration. The brine is automatically distributed to the storage tanks, which are periodically circulated. Developed in collaboration with SG Technik from Upper Austria.

The Turbosol brine conditioner provides a proven dissolving capacity of up to 15,000 L/h at a water inlet of 2"/approx. 4 bar.

Designs are available in stainless steel, PE and GRP.

The operation is simple, training is not necessary.

The entire system can be monitored and controlled via a touchscreen. There are several access levels with different permissions – from simple adjustment of the desired concentration to detailed system configuration.

Thanks to the dosing screw, it is not necessary to weigh the silo. The conditioner supplies itself with the necessary amount of salt from the silo itself.
